Thank you Jennifer. I completely agree. We need to look first within ourselves. It takes courage to be honest with ourselves and do the right thing. If healthcare is to improve then we must.

Then we put these into teams of people who are similar.

At the core of all of this is the quality of the relationships we have with each other, which ultimately starts with the relationship that we have with ourselves.
